The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the falls. The breakfast options were delicious and creatively prepared, definitely one of the highlights. The cheese and fruit welcome tray was a nice touch, although I don't drink and couldn't enjoy the wine. The two-bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and spacious. However, the parking situation was frustrating—there’s limited space. Additionally, the extra fees caught us off guard. We faced a hidden deposit and a forced gratuity that felt unwelcome. Service during dinner left much to be desired. the food was disappointing, and the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and less attentive. Overall, it had potential but several issues dampened our experience.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a menu that allowed us to indulge in sweet and savory items. definitely a solid way to kickstart the day! The cozy room and luxurious ambiance gave off those perfect Niagara vibes with a great view of the Rapids, making it a picturesque stay.
While the location is on point, the restaurant experience left a lot to be desired. The extra fees, like the rude service and unexpected gratuity charge, put a damper on our stay, making us wish for better dining options nearby.

Perfect view and cozy vibes
We spent 3 nights here and loved it! The Nottingham Suite was super spacious and had an amazing view of the rapids. It was so nice to relax with a bottle of wine and enjoy breakfast on the patio, right next to the sound of the falls. Only bummer was there wasn’t an ice machine, but they happily brought us some.
